Changing your mind
For eligible online purchases, you have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Email hello@mrdarcysdogstop.co.uk with your order number or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for return postage when changing your mind. Please retain proof of posting.

Condition of returns
You may inspect items as you would in a shop. Please return them with their packaging and tags where possible. We may reduce your refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item’s nature, characteristics and function.

Exceptions
Change-of-mind cancellation rights do not apply to goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, personalised or custom-made goods, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, is faulty or contains an incorrect item. Include your order number and photographs where possible so we can help.

We will cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items and arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit these rights.

Refunds
For eligible cancellations, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. When you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
